The first size exchange for your order is free. You can request it by writing to contacto@pauandpaws.com.

We will send a courier to pick up the size that doesn't fit you and will deliver the new size to you.

We recommend hand-washing. If washing in a washing machine, place the bandana in a delicates bag and use the "delicate" setting with cold water.

Bandanas can be ironed at a low temperature*.

*The Fall Mermaid bandana can be ironed on the back to prevent the front details from being damaged.
